How to Connect Dianxiaomi to Your Shopify Store
To connect your agent’s Dianxiaomi account to your Shopify store, follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Install Dianxiaomi on Your Shopify Store
To get started, log in to your Shopify store and navigate to the "Apps" section. In the search bar, type "Dianxiaomi" and click on "Search for Dianxiaomi in the Shopify App Store." Once you find the Dianxiaomi app, click on "Add App" and then "Install App."
IMPORTANT: Do not create an account with Dianxiaomi if your agent will be using their own Dianxiaomi account to connect to your Shopify store. You can simply exit the screen when prompted to login and follow the next step.
Step 2: Invite Your Agent to Connect to Your Store
After you have installed the Dianxiaomi app, you will need to invite your agent as a staff member on your store, so that they can connect their Dianxiaomi account to your store. To do this in Shopify, go to "Settings," then "Users and Permissions," and click on "Add staff." Enter the agent's full name, last name, and email address, and then select the "Orders" and "Dianxiaomi" checkboxes, so they have limited permissions to access yours orders and Dianxiaomi on your store. Finally, click on "Send Invite."
Step 3: Your Agent Connects Their Account to Your Store
Your dropshipping agent will receive an email invitation to access your store as a staff member with limited permissions. Once on your store they will navigate to the Dianxiaomi app and login with their own login details. They will then be able to fulfill orders for your store directly through Dianxiaomi.
Step 4: Enjoy Automatic Order Fulfillment
Once your agent has connected their account to your store, they will be able to fulfill orders using Dianxiaomi. You don't have to do anything else – the orders will be automatically marked as fulfilled in Shopify once they have been fulfilled by your private agent using Dianxiaomi.

Dianxiaomi will generate shipping labels for your orders, which your agent can print out and attach to packages, and you can use as proof of shipment. While the Dianxiaomi Shopify app is available at the time of writing this, it was temporarily unavailable on the Shopify app store for some time.
If this reoccurs, then please follow the instructions below.
Here is a temporary solution to allow your dropshipping agent to connect their Dianxiaomi to your Shopify store without needing to give them your password:
Your agent needs to go into their Dianxiaomi account and go to: 平台授权 -> Shopify -> 添加授权
Then, next to 店铺网址 they should enter the store website in https://www. <your website> .myshopify.com format
Once they hit 授权 to grant authorization, they will be redirected to a link.
They need to copy and paste that link to you
Then you need to open the link while logged into your Shopify store, and it'll prompt you to connect Dianxiaomi to your store. Once you do that they should be able to access your customer order information in their Dianxiaomi account and fulfill as usual.
